Essential to the Filebank service is the fact that we will provide a vault or chamber that will be exclusive to your requirements. This approach provides control, confidentiality, security and efficiency and is entirely contrary to the random location process deployed by most of our competitors.

Filebank vaults are ideal for small to mid-range consignments. Each vault can accommodate up to 400 standard size archive boxes. Each vault is exclusive to a customer and can either be self-controlled or managed by Vanguard Filebank. Large consignments can be accommodated in storage chambers which are sized to suit individual circumstances. Chambers also provide exclusivity by customer and likewise provide the option of self-control or Filebank management.

The Filebank storage methodology offers many advantages. From a security perspective it means that each customer is assured that their storage vault or chamber is exclusive. From the point of view of control the vault or chamber means that consignments are completely self-contained. Our approach allows us to provide service options, this means that customers can elect either to retain control via self-access or chose to benefit from the Filebank management service.
